You can download on your computer or your phone the latest version of Skype from here: http://www.skype.com/intl/en/get-skype/

In Skype with the following path: Options -> Advanced -> Connection, you need to select the port in the top field, which is a number and needs to  be checked in order to activate uPnP.

The port must be forwarded for TCP and UDP and enables UPnP on the router. It is recommended to check that it is not blocked by the firewall.

PC minimum requirements: Dual Core CPU and latest Skype version.
